Who We Are
Blue Gardens is a joint venture between two families from Oman and Germany that decided to establish a business for organic greenhouse farming in 2021.
Our farm is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Nakhl, right at the foot of the majestic Hajar mountains. Here we operate our greenhouses with aquaponic and hydroponic systems in which we will grow different varieties of organic leaf- and fruiting vegetables and fruit for the local hospitality and restaurant industry and individual customers.
What we do
Sustainable, Organic and Soilless Farming
We are convinced that local, sustainable agriculture is a key element for every country´s food security and food sovereignty. On our farm in Nakhl, we grow organic fruits and vegetables in our aquaponic and hydroponic systems. The farm was developed and is currently constructed as a pilot project for many more to come and will start production in November 2022.
